Eghosa Raymond Akenbor presents Magnificent as a limited edition archival print from his collage-driven, narrative practice.
Created in 2021, Magnificent brings together layered fragments of colour, pattern, and African-inspired motifs to form a dense, rhythmic composition. Shapes overlap and repeat, allowing figurative suggestions to surface through accumulation rather than direct depiction.
Central to Akenbor’s approach, the work sits between abstraction and figuration. Meaning unfolds gradually, guided by contrast, texture, and visual rhythm, reflecting themes of identity, cultural memory, and presence. The surface encourages slow looking, where storytelling emerges through repetition and movement rather than fixed narrative.
Printed as an archival giclée on museum-grade Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper, this signed and numbered edition preserves colour depth, surface detail, and tonal clarity, making it a strong addition to contemporary, design-led interiors.
