Edozie Anedu presents Friendly Skies as a limited edition archival print drawn from his instinctive, emotionally charged painting practice.
Originally created in 2023, Friendly Skies unfolds within a vivid, imagined landscape where symbolic forms, rhythmic shapes, and saturated colour collide. The scene feels playful on first encounter, yet carries undercurrents of memory, tension, and quiet reflection beneath its surface energy.
Anedu’s visual language moves fluidly between abstraction and figuration. Childlike marks sit alongside deliberate patterning, reflecting his interest in contrast — between control and impulse, innocence and complexity. Meaning emerges through repetition, gesture, and colour rather than fixed narrative.
Printed as an archival giclée on Ilford Cotton Textured paper, this edition preserves the tactility, depth, and expressive energy of the original painting, making it a vibrant addition to considered, contemporary interiors.
